The Virtual PBL Design Project developed a scalable, hybrid- compatible curriculum for remote learners in 2021–2022, while adheringto legal academic standards and IEPs.
Timeline:
Initial Project Timeline: 12 Months
Actual Project Delivery: 12 Months
The project ran from June 15, 2021, to June 16, 2022, using a rolling wave planning approach. Curriculum development occurred in bi-weekly sprints alongside implementation, allowing the team to adapt to real-time feedback, adjust pacing, and align instruction with evolving student needs while staying on schedule.
