PMP Certified Project Manager working at the intersection of education and technology, driving projects from rough concept to operational reality.
Highlights:
Project manager with 6+ years in the education industry, turning complex, real-world learning projects into clear plans, deliverables, and measurable outcomes
Managed over $2M in new school launch projects, leading cross-functional teams through complex timelines and shifting requirements
Graduate Certificate in Workplace Performance Improvement and M.S. in Educational Technology (in progress) focused on systems thinking, behavior change, and engagement
I started in a classroom, where every “project” had to be real, relevant, and relentlessly engaging.
That foundation sharpened my ability to lead under pressure. I had to align people with different goals and turn big ideas into deliverables that mattered. My students worked on projects that built products, pitched to professionals, and raised thousands for causes they believed in.
Now, I bring that same clarity and momentum into my work as a project manager. I manage $2M projects building new schools. I lead cross-functional teams through complex timelines and shifting requirements, and I facilitate the creation of a place where learning can thrive.
To keep my skills sharp, I earned a Graduate Certificate in Workplace Performance Improvement. It taught me to see beyond symptoms and look for root causes. I map systems. I measure behavior. I design interventions that stick. I don’t just manage workflows, I improve them.
At the same time, I’ve been earning my Master’s in Educational Technology. That work has helped me understand how people learn, communicate, and stay engaged. I use that insight to design tools and systems that make it easier to share information, adopt new processes, and collaborate effectively.
If you’re looking for a project manager who leads with people, delivers with purpose, and builds systems that actually work—I’m ready.
Let’s build something that lasts.
Project Radiance is a school-wide initiative where 115 students collaborate with six teachers and three nonprofit partners to design products for families affected by autism. The project builds empathy and real-world design skills while raising funds for Brain Balance, a nonprofit supporting individuals with autism.
Project Virtual Design organized and structured the uncertainty of COVID-era schooling by designing and implementing a scalable, hybrid-ready curriculum for remote learners in 2021–2022, fully aligned with legal academic standards and individualized education plans (IEPs).
